A carpet with the design of the  "Eight auspicious symbols".
Size about 6 x 0.9m.

This will be used to welcome high lama.
Usually the symbols are drawn directly on the ground.
Sometimes simple drawings on the material decorated by colored rice.

 All the banner of the eight auspicious symbols are painted,
now color has to be fixed with an iron,,,,, but it might take long time so I'm gonna put all in the cloths dryer.

Banner of the "Eight auspicious symbols"     [in process...2]
I used "seta color" from Pebeo to paint the banner of the 8 auspicious symbols.   This is a special color for the fabric paint.

The fabric can come out a bit stiff even with this paint but much better than using acrylic color.  I just need to iron it after paint.



 

Apply Anti-spread and let it dry.
